The Persona

"I can't perform without the mask or be seen without it on stage, or else it'll distract from the whole persona."

People around us often gives their first impression or their views about you, but, of course there are only two options. Its either a good one or a bad one. A good impression makes people around you more comfortable, they will like you and may also consider having friendship with you. A bad impression will only make them doubt you and not trust you with anything.

“The real meaning of persona is a mask, such as actors were accustomed to wear on the ancient stage; and it is quite true that no one shows himself as he is, but wears his mask and plays his part.”

The whole world is a stage, you have your role to play. Techniques are present that are helpful in playing your character efficiently and convincingly.
